Product Authenticity
All products supplied by Genuine Sandalwood Indonesia are made from authentic Indonesian Santalum Album (Sandalwood). Because sandalwood is a natural material, variations in color, grain pattern, weight, and aroma may occur.
These natural differences are normal characteristics of genuine sandalwood and do not affect the overall quality of the product.
Orders and Payment
Orders can be placed through WhatsApp or email. Customers are required to confirm product type, quantity, and shipping destination before payment.

- Payment methods may include bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, or other agreed methods.
- Prices may change without prior notice depending on product availability and market conditions.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship both domestically and internationally using reliable courier services such as EMS, DHL, FedEx, and other available logistics providers.

International Buyers

Returns & Claims
Returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours after the product is received.
Claims must be supported with clear photo or video evidence showing the issue.
